With our innovative PLAEX-crete™ composite, we can process a wide range of difficult-to-recycle waste, encompassing a special mix of thermoplastic and waste construction aggregates. This ultra-durable, over 90% recycled material composite, is water and crack-resistant and is formed into fully interlocking systems such as our unique LinX™ system for landscaping and our Brick&Panel™ system for a wide range of wall applications.

First of its kind, yet familiar

The look, and feel of PLAEX-crete™ is similar to concrete, but it is 35% lighter and it is not susceptible to the same issues, such as water absorption, decomposition, splitting, and cracking. Unlike many other recycled plastic products, our products are not buoyant, and they are load-bearing making them perfectly suited for a wide range of damp and demanding applications. 

Environmental Impact; PLAEX products divert huge amounts of currently unused plastic and aggregate waste destined for the landfill. No trees have to be cut, and the amount of cement products needed for new builds is drastically reduced when using our system, which hugely reduces the carbon footprint of new construction.

Thermal mass and insulation; PLAEX products have a very high thermal mass as well as a tight fit, engineered, interlocking design. Which allows for a water and air-tight construction. That, combined with the limitless potential of the look and finish of click panels, allows the R-value to be customized to almost any environmental specifications required.
