Roles & Responsibilities
Mandatory:● Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery in a plant setting
● Disassemble and reassemble machinery to clean or diagnose problems
● Locating & ordering of parts to repair machinery and equipment
● Overseeing facility staff – creating daily logs, reports, updates
● Ensuring facility staff follow safety procedures and processes
● Overseeing material processing (sortation & logging)
● Sorting and organizing of materials
● Grading and processing of materials
● Completing required training courses as needed
● Additional work as assigned by management
Asset:
● Test, program, commission and maintain new proprietary machinery (some design work)
● Set-up, test, configure and operate new proprietary production equipment (in a plant setting)
● Programmable Logic Controller layout – including wiring and programming
● Development, programming, configuring, and optimizing of control interfaces, sensor systems, automation systems and simple neural networks
● Development of new methods of production using robotics

● Familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers, mechanical systems, sensors, hydraulics, etc.

● Ability to create video scripts, storyboards, etc.
● Experience with video and photo editing software as well as content creation websites (Adobe Premiere/Rush, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
● Ability to build long-term client relationships(current and potential clients)

● Minor mechanical work (disassemble and reassemble machinery to clean or diagnose problems)
● Assisting in production as needed:
○ Operation of production equipment
○ Sorting and organizing of materials
○ Grading and processing of materials
Requirements
